The 12, as we like to call it, has been realized selecting aromatic herbs, spices, flowers and woods by macerating them in an hydro-alcoholic solution for at least 30 days.

PASSION

The 12 is hand made, as tradition, pressed with helical screw presses.
That’s why it needs time.

The 12 has been made to be shared, to pass on its characteristics and give the same sensations we feel producing it.

The original recipe with a 21% abv

The choice of selecting few botanicals gives 1912 its uniqueness in the world of “light Amari”.
The careful mixing does not override any of the 7 herbs and spices that make up its bouquet.
In this way a soft, albeit decisive, taste is released on the palate, which does not modify the flavors but enhances them, leaving a neutral sensation.

USAGE

Perfect in summer as it is or with some ice, invigorates winter days drank at room temperature or with warm milk.
An unusual serve is in highballs or cocktails as the Negroni or Manhattan replacing the Vermouth.
